Lot 1 - Microsoft Enterprise Agreements. DCC is contracted up to 31st August 2027 for the Microsoft Enterprise Agreements. The authority needs to be in a position to go live with the agreements on 1st September 2027 for the first three year term. This may involve a Change of Channel Partner (COCP) which will be processed via the relevant Microsoft routes. Under this agreement it is DCC’s intention to call off 2 x 3 year terms for the Microsoft Enterprise Agreements.

This information has been provided to enable suppliers can gain an understanding of the variety of licensing the authority has purchased.
