Educational Psychology Assessment Delivery - Purchase of Locum EPs to complete assessments

Stoke-on-Trent City Council has awarded a contract worth £1.92 million to Hammond Clarke Limited, Permanent Futures Limited, and Psychology Direct Limited to deliver educational psychology assessments and reports supporting the statutory Education, Health and Care needs assessment process for children and young people. The locum educational psychologists will provide person-centred, legally compliant psychological assessments in line with the Children and Families Act 2014 and the SEND Code of Practice, including detailed reports and psychological advice to inform EHC needs assessments.
