Maintenance and Servicing of Ventilation and Air Conditioning Installations

East Lindsey District Council engaged AIRCO REFRIGERATION AND AIRCONDITIONING LIMITED to deliver a 3-year Measured Term Contract (with optional 2-year extension) for maintenance and servicing of ventilation and air conditioning installations across its commercial estate. The scope includes routine inspection, testing and servicing, cyclical and planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and call-outs during normal and out-of-hours periods, and replacement or new installation works as required across all Council-owned commercial premises in the East Lindsey district.
