Underground Assets Data Transformation & Commercialisation

The West of England Combined Authority has awarded a contract to The Hubbub Group Limited for £142,495 to collate, interpret, and transform underground duct, chamber, and fibre route data from three local authorities into a standardised geospatial format. The work includes developing advisory materials on underground asset governance, stewardship, commercialisation readiness, and managing unauthorised third-party occupancy, performed on a desk-based basis using existing datasets without physical surveys or field inspections.
