Early Years (EY) Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Provision of Phase 1 Materials and Training

The Department for Education has awarded a contract to Dingley's Promise worth £2,016,500 to develop and deliver Phase 1 of an online continuous professional development package for early years practitioners on special educational needs and disability (SEND) for ages 0–4. The provider must deliver a minimum 20-hour modular, self-paced training programme with videos and webinars covering inclusive practice and parent engagement, available from September 2026 for up to 12 months with potential quarterly extensions, accessible to all early years practitioners regardless of qualification level or setting type and meeting government accessibility standards.
