TDC 039073 - Domestic and District Gas Servicing and Maintenance (ITT)

Tandridge District Council is procuring a contract for domestic gas servicing, maintenance, repair, and installation services across its housing stock, valued at approximately £7 million. The scope includes annual gas safety inspections, planned preventative maintenance, responsive repairs, heating system installation and upgrades, compliance servicing of communal heating plant, safety device testing, and compliance reporting and data management. The Council will use an open procedure single-stage tender process and places emphasis on resident safety, statutory compliance, service quality, workforce competence including Gas Safe registration, and social value delivery including low-carbon heating technology readiness.
