Framework Agreement for the provision of Service and Testing of Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems

Staffordshire County Council has awarded a framework agreement worth £1.4 million to KEY INTEGRATED SERVICES (MAINTENANCE) LIMITED for planned preventative and responsive maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems across approximately 188 corporate properties and schools, primarily in Staffordshire with some in surrounding counties. The scope includes servicing air conditioning units, air handling units, heat recovery systems, extract systems and associated ducting, conducting TM44 energy surveys for systems exceeding 12kW of cooling capacity, and providing 24/7 callout responsive maintenance with a 4-hour response limit.
