Overview

London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham the Council is looking to procure a supplier to lead on the design, delivery and evaluation of a place-based approach to household retrofit engagement. This pilot will test innovative approaches to engaging residents in energy efficiency improvements and decarbonised energy, tailored to the local context of Wendell Park Ward. This pilot forms part of the wider Hammersmith and Fulham Healthy Homes programme, which aims to increase uptake of household retrofit measures and will provide a range of support services, including technical guidance, financial incentives, and targeted outreach, to help residents overcome barriers to retrofit. The engagement partner will play a key role in motivating and supporting residents to take action. The amount for this service is 122,322.
