CP2697-25 Public Health (PH) Development Partner for Trauma-Informed and Responsive Care in PH Nursing and Family Hubs
- Published
- Published 9 March 2026
Overview
Devon County Council seeks a Learning and Development Partner to co-design and support the implementation of a Trauma-Informed and Responsive Care (TIRC) approach across Public Health Nursing and Family Hubs. This work will be grounded in complexity-informed systems change, recognising that transformation in public services requires adaptive, relational, and iterative approaches. The partner will help build a shared understanding of trauma-informed principles, assess organisational readiness, and co-create a development plan that is context-sensitive, evidence-informed, and responsive to lived experience. This initiative is a strand of Devon County Council’s broader ambition to become a trauma-informed and learning organisation, and will contribute to wider systems learning across the Council.
