Overview

Milton Keynes City Council has awarded a concession contract to Qwello (UK) Ltd for £73.8 million to design, install, and operate residential electric vehicle charging infrastructure across two geographically split lots (Blue and Green). The 15-year contract will deliver approximately 202 charging sockets per lot, comprising a mix of 7–22 kW and 50 kW chargers, and from June 2029 will include transition of the Council's existing residential charge points within each locality.
