ECC002 - Carriageway loop cutting service

This is a contract for the extension of the Carriageway Loop Cutting Service. The service is critical to the performance of traffic signal operation providing carriageway loop cutting which maintains our efficiency and helps to keep congestion to a minimum, without this service we cannot have an effective, efficient and professional service delivery across the Tees Valley.
