West Northamptonshire Council - Passenger Transport Services Open Framework

West Northamptonshire Council established a multiple-supplier open framework for passenger transport services, including home-to-school transport, adult social care transport, public transport support, and other statutory passenger transport requirements, with services covering cars, minibuses, coaches, and wheelchair-accessible vehicles. The framework was awarded on 2 June 2026 to 87 suppliers including taxi firms, coach operators, and transport providers across the Northamptonshire region. Call-off contracts will be issued during the framework term either through further competition or direct award in accordance with framework rules.
