Overview

The Authority have procured a short‑term emergency contract for the operation and maintenance of the Energy from Waste Facility. The Contractor will be required to operate the facility, accept and treat Contract Waste, undertake all necessary maintenance, and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, permits, and health and safety requirements. The contract will provide continuity of service following the termination of the previous operating arrangement while a longer-term solution is procured.
