The supplier must deliver all labour, materials, and equipment to install, repair, and replace various types of fencing and gate installations, with works instructed via call-off orders.     • Timber, steel and security fencing systems, including supply, installation, repair, and replacement of all standard and specialist fencing types • Railings and fabricated metalwork, including bespoke fabrication, restoration, and repair of existing assets • Pedestrian and vehicle gates, including installation, adjustment, repair, and replacement of manual and automated systems • Barriers, bollards and access control measures, including installation and maintenance of systems designed to restrict or control access • Locking systems and anti-vandal features, including supply, installation, and repair of security-enhancing components • On-site welding and fabrication repairs, ensuring structural integrity and safe restoration of damaged assets • Height Barriers: lift and rehang, straighten, realign, repair / replace A maximum of 4 providers can be awarded on to this Lot

  • Reactive and Emergency Works

    The Supplier shall provide a responsive service for reactive and emergency works, including: • Fault diagnosis and repair, including identification of root causes and implementation of corrective actions • Make-safe / secure actions, to mitigate risks to public safety and security, and property • Installation of temporary measures (e.g. fencing, barriers, boarding) where permanent repair cannot be immediately completed • The Supplier shall leave all sites safe and secure following attendance. • Identification of follow-on works required and recommendation of permanent solutions A maximum of 4 providers can be awarded on to this Lot

  • Ancillary Groundworks

    • Excavation and trenching, carried out safely and in accordance with relevant standards to support installations • Foundations and fixing bases, including preparation and installation to ensure stability and durability of structures • Reinstatement and making good, ensuring all disturbed areas are restored to their original or agreed condition A maximum of 4 providers can be awarded on to this Lot
