Contract 97 - Installation of Level Access Showers

North Tyneside Borough Council established a framework agreement for the supply, installation, and completion of level access showers and associated bathroom adaptations in occupied residential properties, with works to comply with building regulations and the Council's housing adaptation standards. The contract, valued at £4,000,000 and awarded on 16 July 2026, has been split among five contractors: Aubrey Cornfoot Limited, Buston & Maughan Limited, Equans Regeneration Limited, Metta Construction Limited, and Prospect Builders N.E Ltd. The works encompass both Disabled Facilities Grant-funded adaptations and Council-funded works in the Authority's housing stock, administered through the Adaptations & Loan Equipment Service.
