Framework for the Supply and Installation of Partitions, Suspended Ceilings and Walls.

Durham County Council has established a framework agreement for the supply and installation of partitions, suspended ceilings, walls, and associated design input services, awarded to DTJ DRYWALL SYSTEMS LIMITED and PARAMOUNT CEILINGS AND PARTITIONS LTD for a total value of £3 million on 31 January 2026. The framework is available to Durham County Council, academy schools and multi-academy trusts, maintained schools, County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Service, Believe Housing, and parish and town councils in County Durham, with additional organisations able to access via negotiated agreements. Works will typically be delivered as part of larger projects in occupied premises, with call-offs under £80,000 awarded directly to the first-ranked contractor for urgent/emergency work, specific projects, or early contractor engagement, while larger or competitive projects may go through a competed process.
