The Views Play Area Replacement

Fleet Town Council has awarded HAGS-SMP LIMITED a contract worth £199,390.42 on 2 June 2026 to redevelop The Views Play Area in Fleet, Hampshire. The project involves creating a high-quality, accessible, and inclusive play environment for children aged under 8 and 8–12 years, with enhanced surfacing, improved accessibility, and thoughtful layout design that accommodates children of all abilities and supports parents and carers with differing mobility needs. The redeveloped play area is intended to serve as a central community hub and focal point within Fleet town centre.
