Kingfisher Schools Trust ~ Cleaning Tender

Kingfisher Schools Trust awarded a three-year cleaning services contract to Churchill Contract Services Ltd, effective August 2026, covering six schools across Suffolk and Norfolk with a combined area of approximately 19,971 square metres at an estimated annual value of £600,000. The contract consolidates currently mixed contracted and in-house cleaning arrangements and requires the supplier to deliver consistent cleaning standards, improved supervision and communication, upgraded machinery and technology, enhanced social value and environmental reporting, and flexible workforce deployment across the estate.
