Overview

The London Fire Brigade (LFB) is seeking to procure the provision of Skills for Justice (SFJ) Fire Safety qualifications that are suitable for Senior Fire Safety Officers (SFSO) and fire safety knowledge that can be used at an incident. It is intended that the completion of these qualifications with additional element will enable the Senior Fire Safety Officer to carry out enforcing the article 31 element of the Fire Safety Regulatory Reform Order 2005 and any other Fire Safety legislation which is required for their role. This will also provide them with the knowledge to support senior officers at an incident where fire safety knowledge of the build environment is required. This is to replace the existing SFSO course.
