All-Age Independent Advocacy Service

Cornwall Council is inviting tenders for the delivery of an All-Age Independent Advocacy Service across Cornwall, alongside statutory adult advocacy provision for the Isles of Scilly. The contract will be delivered as an integrated all-age advocacy model comprising an advocacy hub and single point of access, adults statutory advocacy, children and young people's advocacy, independent visiting, parents' advocacy, and community, general, and specialist advocacy. The procurement is active with an estimated total contract value of £6,416,447 over a maximum six-year term, and tenders are due by 12 November 2026.
