Provision of an Advocacy Service for parents with children in or on the edge of care

Medway Council has awarded a contract worth £1,000,000 to Libra Partnership Ltd for the provision of an advocacy service supporting families with children in or on the edge of care. The service will provide holistic advocacy support to help families address challenges such as mental health issues, domestic violence, substance misuse, housing, and financial hardship, enabling them to safely maintain or reunify with their children. The contract is now in delivery following its award on 2 June 2026.
