DfI TRAM Road Asset Management - Surfacing Framework B

DfI Transport and Road Asset Management has awarded a four-year surfacing framework (RAM Surfacing Framework B) for road resurfacing works across four area lots in Northern Ireland (Belfast South, Coleraine & Limavady, Dungannon, and Down), with work including asphalt laying, carriageway reshaping, drainage systems, and temporary traffic management. The framework, valued at £540.75 million, was awarded on 11 May 2026 to seven contractors: FP McCann Limited, Gibson Quarries (Banbridge) Limited, John McQuillan (Contracts) Limited, Northstone Materials Limited, Patrick Keenan Quarries, and Whitemountain Quarries Ltd, and is now in delivery with a cumulative value of £150 million over four years, extendable to £180.25 million.
