London Academy of Excellence - Cleaning Tender

London Academy of Excellence awarded a three-year cleaning services contract to D Brice & Company Limited T/as D B Services for £688,336.65, effective from September 2026 through August 2029 with an optional two-year extension. The contract covers comprehensive cleaning services for an eight-floor modern building serving approximately 625 pupils and 80 staff initially, expanding to 750 pupils and 90 staff by September 2027, including core term-time cleaning and periodic deep cleaning throughout the year.
