Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin

Midlands Partnership Foundation Trust has awarded a contract worth £1,985,201.50 to BFB Labs Ltd and ICS Operations Limited (trading as Xyla) to deliver additional capacity and specialist support across children and young people's mental health services in Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin through two distinct lots. The services, commencing 1 July 2026 for an initial 3-year period with options to extend up to 21 months, aim to improve access, reduce waiting times, and enhance the quality and range of person-centred mental health support available to children, young people, and their families. Services must comply with NHS standards and be fully integrated with local pathways.
