The Submarine Delivery Agency is procuring an integrated Project Management Service to support the continued authorisation and safe operation of HM Naval Base Devonport, valued at approximately £10.16 million. The service provider will deliver nuclear safety case management, Periodic Review of Safety support, Nuclear Authorised Documentation Review Programme delivery, Intelligent Customer assurance, and knowledge transfer activities to ensure the Naval Base Commander's Site Safety Justification documentation remains compliant with MoD Authorisation Conditions, MoD Naval Nuclear Safety Principles, and Defence Nuclear Safety Regulator standards. The contract requires demonstrated expertise in nuclear safety case management and experience operating within military operational environments subject to nuclear safety regulation.
