Derry City and Strabane District Council engaged Northwest Energy Assessors to produce Display Energy Certificates and Energy Advisory Reports for council buildings above 250 m² to comply with Energy Performance in Buildings Regulations. The contract, awarded on 27 April 2026, requires site visits and DEC production in Year 1, with advisory reports for all included buildings, and conditional site visits in Years 2 and 3 only if significant building changes occur.
