Framework for the provision of Vehicle Bodywork Repairs

Leeds City Council established a framework agreement for vehicle bodywork repairs across its fleet of approximately 1,300 vehicles, including refuse collection vehicles, passenger transport vehicles, cars, and vans. The contract, valued at £800,000, was awarded on 9 July 2026 to Archbold Carshop Limited and Pelican Engineering Company. The appointed contractors will provide bodywork repair services on an as-needed basis to maintain the council's service-critical fleet.
