Provision of a fuel management system
To be an advanced, future-proof solution to support the Council's operations with robust financial management, and ongoing compliance with MID approval (Weights & Measures).
Requirement includes,
1. Hardware, software and all year one costs inclusive.
2. Ongoing software costs for a further 3 years
Features must include:
• 24-hour unattended vehicle refuelling
• Ability to deny access to unauthorised drivers/vehicles
• Real-time enabled to control access to fuel
• Advanced usage, exception and environmental reporting
• Communication of fuel usage information for multiple sites back to one central point
• Enables integration with third party systems for vehicle tracking
• Supports export of data in formats including: XML, CSV, PDF, MHTML, Excel, and Word
• Automatic reporting functionality
• Reorder and low-level stock warnings
• Live stock level monitoring
