NHS Herefordshire & Worcestershire Integrated Care Board (ICB) Invitation to Tender for the Provision of a Post-Diagnostic Dementia Support Service

NHS Herefordshire & Worcestershire Integrated Care Board has awarded a contract to Alzheimer's Society for the provision of a Post-Diagnostic Dementia Support Service covering Herefordshire and Worcestershire for three years with an optional two-year extension. The service will provide holistic support to people with memory concerns and those living with dementia, their carers, and those with young onset dementia through a team of dementia advisors, navigators, managers and administrative staff. The contract value is £3,960,130 and commenced service delivery on 1 November 2026 following a mobilisation period from July to October 2026.
