Atmospheric analysis sensor

The University of Edinburgh has awarded a contract worth €82,840 to GeoGas Analytica for an atmospheric analysis sensor capable of measuring NO2, CO2, and CH4 concentrations in real time with detection limits below 1 ppb for methane, 0.5 ppb for NO2, and 200 ppb for CO2, at a measurement frequency of at least 1 Hz. The sensor must interface with a DJI M400 drone and weigh under 7 kg for use with the Field Spectroscopy Facility's existing UAV equipment for flux measurements. The award was made via negotiated procedure without prior competition due to the absence of alternative solutions meeting the combined technical requirements.
