Bespoke Housing Caretaker / Estate Services Training

Birmingham City Council awarded a contract to Environmental Excellence Training & Development Ltd for £150,000 to provide bespoke training for housing caretaking and estate services staff. The three-year programme will deliver qualifications including Level 1 Practical Cleaning Skills, Level 2 Health and Safety, Level 2 Infection Prevention and Control, and Level 2 COSHH to approximately 20–30 estate caretakers, 57 neighbourhood and area caretakers, and up to 20 housing officers and managers, with training delivered on a day-release basis at venues across Birmingham.
