Overview

West Mercia Energy has established a multi-supplier open framework worth £80 million to supply and install solar photovoltaic systems and conduct energy efficiency improvement works across public sector buildings, primarily schools. Nine suppliers including Broad Oak Properties Limited, CARBON3 LIMITED, and others were awarded contracts on 12 May 2026. The framework supports West Mercia Energy's decarbonisation programme and is now in delivery.
