Provision of Vehicle Specialist Services

The Home Office has awarded a contract worth £66,000 to Nationwide Transport Breakdown Services Ltd for provision of vehicle specialist services to support Border Force officers in conducting technical examinations of commercial freight vehicles, passenger vehicles, coaches, light goods vehicles, and heavy machinery. The supplier must maintain a network of technicians capable of examining, disassembling, and servicing a wide range of vehicle components including refrigeration units, tyres, fuel tanks, axles, and computerised systems, delivering services across Great Britain, Northern Ireland, and Coquelles in France at designated ports including Dover, Liverpool, Felixstowe, and others.
