Overview

Buckinghamshire Council is seeking a single contractor to provide comprehensive grounds maintenance, play area inspection and maintenance, and green space services across the county for an estimated value of £18–19.8 million. The five-year initial contract (with optional extensions up to 48 months) commences on 1 January 2027 and covers grass and hedge maintenance, woodland and hardstanding management, winter weather work, litter collection, play area services, changing rooms, allotment and cemetery management, pitch bookings, and bye-law enforcement. The procurement is currently in active evaluation with a submission deadline of 12 May 2026.
