Deaf Outreach Service

The London Borough of Enfield has awarded a contract to the London Borough of Haringey to provide a Deaf Outreach Service for hearing-impaired children and young people aged 0 to 25 years across Enfield. The service includes specialist support, resources, training for schools and families, and direct outreach to enable equal educational opportunities and access to the curriculum, with delivery guided by the SEND Code of Practice and statutory requirements under the Children and Families Act 2014 and Equality Act 2010. The contract is valued at £1,504,000 over an initial two-year term with options to extend up to four years total.
