Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Level 4 & Level 5 Professional Qualifications Training Provider Framework (Light Touch)

Aster Group has awarded a framework contract for the delivery of Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Level 4 and Level 5 professional qualifications to nine providers: Kingdom Academy Limited, Learning Curve Group Limited, Places for People Homes Limited, Share Learning Limited, Social Landlords Crime and Nuisance Group, The Chartered Institute of Housing, The Learning Foundry Limited, Upkeep Training Limited, and University of Huddersfield. The framework supports compliance with the Social Housing Regulation Act 2023, which requires relevant managers to hold or be actively working toward CIH-recognized qualifications, including Level 4 Certificates in Housing for senior housing managers and Level 5 Diplomas or Foundation Degrees for senior housing executives. The light touch framework, valued at £527,476, enables flexible delivery of these qualifications on demand through multiple learning pathways to meet individual and organizational needs across Aster's portfolio.
