This will be through extensive market research of the area and target demographic. Marketing our properties whilst reinforcing the Medway Development Company brand in a positive light. Please include pricing for your sales services, including works for progressing a sale through to completion and marketing the properties. It is optional to provide a separate pricing schedule for marketing collateral, such as brochures, merchandise, hoarding, signage and any other services you may offer.
