Overview

Provide an appropriate outreach service to enable work in a variety of settings, including youth and community settings, colleges, schools, and other locations in which groups of young people congregate e.g. skate parks or fast food restaurant car parks, within teenage pregnancy 'hot spot' areas, as identified by the Teenage Pregnancy & Sexual Health Steering Group and other partners. Provide sexual health services such as C-Card and chlamydia screening and refer to Contraception and Sexual Health services. Provide a Sex and Relationships Education programme which develops young people's social and emotional capabilities and improves their health and wellbeing. Build resilience in children and young people to protect against engaging in risky behaviour. Increased positive health outcomes for young people.
