The RPO provider will deliver end-to-end recruitment services including attraction, assessment, selection, offer, and onboarding for the FCA's early careers programme, with emphasis on process efficiency, candidate experience, and regulatory compliance. The initial 3-year contract includes an option to extend for an additional 2 years on a 1+1 basis.
