Courtauld Strand Campus - Construction Management

The Courtauld Institute of Art has awarded a construction management contract to Bovis Construction (Europe) Limited for £5,299,048 to oversee redevelopment of its East Wing campus at The Strand, London, linking to additional buildings. The construction manager will provide pre-construction advice, procure trade contractors for works including demolition, structural steel, MEP services and fit-out, manage trades, and ensure financial control on an anticipated £42 million works programme, with soft strip commencing April 2025, hard demolition from August 2026, and practical completion targeted for 2028. The service is now in delivery following competitive procurement.
