CT1674 - Clerk of Works Framework Agreement

The City of Edinburgh Council has awarded a framework agreement for the provision of Clerk of Works services to support its capital construction projects, covering both residential and non-residential schemes including affordable housing, education, leisure, and other buildings. The framework, valued at £5 million and awarded on 14 June 2026 to D A Gilmour Ltd, Hickton Quality Control Ltd, Ross Quality Control Limited, Sentinel Clerk of Works Ltd, and Thomson Gray Limited, will supply quality control resources for daily site inspection and progress monitoring across multiple council service areas. The clerks of works will include general building specialists and those with mechanical, engineering, and fire safety expertise.
