DHSC:PCP: Emotional and Psychological Support Service - LEEDS Inquiry and beyond

The Department of Health & Social Care has awarded a contract to People Asset Management Ltd to provide emotional and psychological support services to families affected by the Maternity Neonatal Investigation Leeds. The service includes first-point-of-contact trauma support, individual and group emotional support sessions (remote and in-person), psychological assessments, counselling, and specialist therapies such as EMDR and CBT, with potential expansion to support additional inquiries as determined by DHSC. The contract was awarded on 8 June 2026 for £4 million.
