Open Framework - Residential Care for children with multiple presenting needs (Phase 2b)

Nottinghamshire County Council has established an open framework agreement for residential care services for children with multiple presenting needs, including those displaying sexualised behaviours, to be delivered on a planned and emergency basis primarily in Nottinghamshire or within 30 miles of the county border. Eleven providers have been appointed to the framework, which runs for an initial 2-year term from September 2026 to August 2028, with potential extensions up to a maximum of 8 years. The Council may conduct further competitive processes during the framework period to appoint additional providers.
