Personal Safety Device Framework

Suffolk County Council has awarded a framework contract for Personal Safety Devices to TOTALMOBILE LIMITED on 12 May 2026, valued at £4,000,000. The framework is for a monitored lone worker and personal safety solution with devices, escalation protocols, and user training, available to Suffolk County Council and eligible public sector organisations including councils, police, fire services, health authorities, and educational institutions. The solution is designed to support staff working alone across varying risk levels and roles with easy-to-use devices and proportionate intervention routes.
