Holland Park Winter Events

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is seeking a contractor to deliver Winter Events in Holland Park. The contract covers planning, management, and operation of a seasonal event running for up to 30 days between November and January. The event will take place within a defined footprint of the park and must include a detailed Event Management Plan covering site layout, infrastructure, ticketing, marketing, and ecological considerations. The successful contractor will provide temporary facilities, staffing and security, sustainable power and water supply, and ensure minimal disruption to normal park use.
