Floating Support (Non-accommodation based) - Homeless Prevention

Wirral Council awarded a floating support (non-accommodation based) contract to The Whitechapel Centre on 21 April 2026, valued at £1,128,347, to deliver housing-related support aimed at preventing homelessness and supporting vulnerable people to maintain independent living. The service will support approximately 150 service users at any one time, providing solution-focused support through innovative partnership working to help people build skills, resolve issues, and sustain long-term accommodation in the community.
