North Northamptonshire Council Provision of Integrated Healthy Lifestyles Service

North Northamptonshire Council is procuring a lead Service Provider to deliver an Integrated Healthy Lifestyles Service addressing key modifiable risk factors including physical activity, diet, weight management, and falls prevention across the adult population. The service comprises three pillars: universal health promotion and digital self-help tools, behaviour change support through health coaching, and structured treatment including community falls prevention and targeted NHS Health Checks. The contract, valued at approximately £6.3 million, is being awarded via a Competitive Process under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, with the submission deadline of 29 July 2026.
