Overview

Southend-on-Sea City Council is seeking a supplier to supply, install and maintain intelligent transport systems across the city, including traffic signals, variable message signs, car park guidance signs and vehicle speed activated signs. The supplier will monitor and repair equipment via the Council's asset management system on a daily basis, perform annual inspections and cleaning, and supply and install new equipment as funding becomes available throughout the contract term, with an estimated value of £3 million.
