Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and University College London Institute of Ophthalmology have awarded a contract to Crown Workspace Limited to deliver coordinated relocation services for the integrated move of clinical, research, laboratory and administrative services from existing sites in London to a new integrated centre at 4 St Pancras Way. The scope includes planning, management and delivery of relocation activities for hospital clinical services, laboratory services, and associated assets including specialist equipment, biological samples, IT equipment and administrative facilities, with a focus on maintaining service continuity and managing risks in clinical and laboratory environments. The contract value is £1,250,000 and was awarded on 6 July 2026.
