Provision of a Professional Services Team to manage PSDS4 Decarbonisation Works at Henley Leisure Centre and Abbey Sports Centre

South Oxfordshire District Council has awarded a professional services contract to EDDISONS COMMERCIAL LIMITED t/a BTG Eddisons (value £233,100) to manage Phase 4 Public Sector Decarbonisation (PSDS) works at two leisure centres. The scope includes project management and compliance oversight for decarbonisation works at Abbey Sports Centre and Henley Leisure Centre, encompassing replacement of boiler plant with air source heat pumps, installation of solar photovoltaic systems, low flow temperature distribution systems, heat emitter upgrades, air handling plant replacement, and insulation improvements, all delivered in accordance with Salix Finance grant terms and conditions.
